Cindy Aptheker
Cindy Aptheker Profile & Experience
Cindy Aptheker joined A-1 in December 2023 and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Legal in May 2025. She brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, with a specialization in risk management, legal compliance, and organizational development. In this leadership role, Cindy oversees all aspects of A-1’s HR operations and legal affairs, aligning workforce strategy with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Before joining A-1, she served as Executive Counsel/Human Resources at The Donaldson Organization, where she successfully bridged legal insight with HR strategy. Cindy holds a law degree and is a certified HR professional. She lives in St. Lucie West, Florida, with her family.
